How does the injection machine work?

A pressurized injection molding machine, also known as a pressurized injection molding machine or pressurized injection molding machine, is a type of plastic that melts thermoplastic or thermoplastic when heated, applies high pressure to make it flow quickly into the shape cavity, and then forms plastics of various shapes. Equipment for maintaining the pressure and cooling of products. Its operating principle is similar to that of the injection syringe. It is mainly based on the pressure of the screw (or plunger) to inject molten plastic into the closed cavity of the shape and then to obtain the finished product after hardening and forming.

The working process of the thermoplastavtomat includes the following main stages:

Quantity supply: plastic granules melt in the heating system of the thermoplastavtomat.
Melting and plasticizing: by the action of the screw, the plastic is transported forward by the groove of the screw and compacted, gradually plasticized, melted and evenly distributed.
Pressure injection: molten plastic is injected into the shape through a nozzle at high speed and at high screw pressure.
Filling and cooling: melted material in the cavity is pressurized, cooled and hardened.
Opening and extraction of shape: the shape is opened under the closing mechanism of the shape, and the molded articles are pushed out and dropped out of the shape through the pushing device.
