The injection molding machine consists mainly of three parts: mechanical, hydraulic and electrical. The mechanical part consists of machine hinges, dynamic and static templates, platforms, etc. The hydraulic part consists of an oil storage tank, each working cylinder and oil tubes and transfers kinetic energy through the engine pump. The electrical part consists of a host computer, control panel, various electromagnetic valves, etc.
The mode of the injection system can be divided into four parts depending on the mode of operation: shape adjustment system, mould closure system, glue injection system and security system.
In addition, the inner structure of the thermoplastavtomat also includes empty barrels, which are used for pre-drying and storage of plastic raw materials, and tubes for the material, which are channels for the supply of raw materials to the form. The material tube is closed with a screw and divided into a feed section, a compression section and a machine section. These components work together to implement the process of heating, plasticizing and casting plastics under pressure.
