The principle of the moulding machine mainly includes the processes of injection, moulding and cooling of plastic raw materials. This type of machine usually consists of an injection system, a blow-forming system, a heating system, a cooling system, a vacuum system and an electrical system. Each system interacts with each other to complete the molding of plastic products.
Injection stage: the plastic raw material enters the form through the injection system to form the preliminary form. This process requires that the various components of the injection system, including plasticizing parts, injection saddles, hydraulic motors, landing cylinders, injection cylinders, etc., work together, melting plastic raw materials and spraying them into shape.
Stage of blowout molding: immediately thereafter the blowout molding system injects air into the shape so that the plastic film adheres to the inner wall and acquires the desired shape. This stage is a key link in the casting machine "all in one". The preformed product is plasticized by heating and then enters the moulding for blowing. It is mainly used for the production of pet and bopp bottles at high speed. And high productivity.
Cooling stage: finally, the cooling system is used for cooling and moulding to produce the finished product. The function of the cooling system is the rapid cooling and hardening of plastic products, as well as the preservation of their shape and structure after forming.
